If Xawiya shares non-public project briefs, client information, creative concepts, materials, credentials, or business information with me, I will use it only to evaluate or carry out an authorized collaboration. I will keep it secure and will not disclose, publish, forward, or upload it to third parties or AI services without Xawiya’s prior written permission. I will comply with applicable written project conditions and, on request, return or delete confidential materials. These obligations do not cover information that is lawfully public, already known to me without restriction, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. If disclosure is legally required, I will notify Xawiya where permitted and disclose only what is required. I understand that submitting a profile does not guarantee selection or engagement, and that a separate project agreement or NDA may be required before confidential details are shared.
